We require a Senior Lecturer to have a master's degree and three years of practical work experience (other than teaching) in a suitable field (Decree 1129/2014, Section 17). A Senior Lecturer is also required to have 60 credits or 35 study weeks of pedagogical studies. Notwithstanding this, a Senior Lecturer may be recruited on the condition that they complete the required pedagogical studies within three years from the start of their employment.

The position will start no later than 12 October 2026, with the possibility of an earlier start date by agreement. Your work will be mainly organized at the Hämeenlinna University Centre.
